KOUSHA TRAVEL GUIDE

A little local context makes travel choices easier

Before paying, review the service details, price, quote validity and change or cancellation terms together.

A plan that fitsShape your choices around your budget and travel style

A rate and availability enquiry starts the review process; it does not hold inventory or guarantee a price. Once we receive your dates, group size and service details, we check with the hotel or supplier and share a proposal covering inclusions, extra costs, payment terms, change and cancellation rules, and the proposal validity period.

A booking is confirmed only after the traveller approves the final proposal, completes the agreed payment and receives confirmation from the supplier. If an item is still awaiting confirmation, we clarify its status before payment or finalising the booking.

For an accurate proposal, share arrival and departure dates, traveller numbers and ages, room count, approximate budget, preferred hotel category or style, preferred areas and any requested services such as transfers or tours. Agencies and private groups can also provide flight details, a coordination contact and operational requirements.

If rain, sea conditions, traffic or local restrictions affect an activity, we coordinate with suppliers to adjust timing or sequence, or suggest an alternative where possible. Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the supplier rules and terms disclosed and accepted at booking. Traveller safety and clear updates come first.

Contact us early for peak dates, groups, private villas and special requests. Late enquiries can also be checked against actual supplier availability.

Booking questions

Does an availability enquiry confirm a booking?

No. An enquiry starts the review. A booking is confirmed after approval of the final proposal, agreed payment and supplier confirmation.

Can agencies and private groups enquire?

Yes. We review requests from travellers, families, groups and agencies, then prepare a proposal around group size, dates and requested services.

What if weather or local restrictions affect a plan?

Where possible, timing or sequence can be adjusted or an alternative suggested. Changes and refunds follow supplier and booking terms.

What details are needed for a proposal?

Share your travel dates, traveller numbers and ages, length of stay, budget range, preferred area or hotel style, and services such as transfers or tours.
